- This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes.
- By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and all terms and conditions contained and/or referenced herein or any additional terms and conditions set forth on this Website and all such terms shall be deemed accepted by you. Please read the Agreement carefully. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website.
- SATA reserves the right to make changes or updates with respect to or in the Content of the Website or the format thereof at any time without notice.
- SATA reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Website for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion.

Use of the Website
- You represent and warrant you possess the legal right and ability to enter into this Agreement and to use this Web Site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You promise to us you are old enough to enter legally binding contracts through this Web Site and you know you will be responsible for all payments due to us for bookings made by you or another person using your login information.
- We may change these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice. Changed terms will become effective once posted on the Web Site, and will not have any retrospective effect on existing contractual arrangements made through this Web Site.
- You warrant that all information supplied by you on this Website is true, accurate, current and complete.
- We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.
Limitation on Use
- Use the Web Site only for personal, non-commercial use.
- Use the Web Site's services to make only legitimate reservations or purchases. You agree not to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.
- Not to defame, harass, stalk, threaten, abuse or otherwise violate others' rights as defined by applicable law.
- Not to harm or interfere with the operation of others' computers and software in any respect, including, without limitation, by uploading, downloading or transmitting corrupt files or computer viruses.
- Not to violate applicable intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights, including, without limitation, by uploading, downloading or transmitting materials or software.
- Not to omit or misrepresent the origin of, or rights in, any file you download or upload, including, without limitation, by omitting proprietary language, author identifications, or notices of patent, copyright or trademark.
- Not to transmit, post, or otherwise disclose trade secrets, or other confidential or protected proprietary material or information.
- Not to download or upload files that are unlawful to distribute through the Web Site.
- Not to transmit any information or software obtained through the Web Site, or copy, create, display, distribute, license, perform, publish, recreate, reproduce, sell, or transfer works deriving from the Web Site.
- Not to take any action that imposes, or may impose, in our discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
- Not to falsely use a password during logging into the Web Site, or misrepresent one's identity or authority to act on behalf of another.
- Any violations of this clause may result in the cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
Change and Cancellation Policy
- All requests for change or cancellation of any goods and services purchased on this website must be delivered by email to www.satatravels.com and must be received on our working days at least 24 hours before these goods and services are scheduled to be provided.
- You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase, which will determine the change and cancellation policy applicable to your purchase, including, but not limited to penalties which may apply.
- If a change/cancellation/refund policy relevant to your request is not provided in the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase, your purchase cannot be changed/cancelled/refunded.
- Requests for permitted changes and cancellations will be processed within 2 working days. Any refunds will be credited to the same payment card or account used to make the original purchase. Some payment cards may take up to an additional 30 days to display the credited amount.

Flights Information
- All fares are subject to change without prior notice.
- Tickets are non-transferable and name change is not permitted.
- Fares are subject to availability of seats and flight dates.
- Fares do not include baggage fees or other fees charged directly by the airline.
- Fares are guaranteed once the purchase is completed.
- Please check for Visa / Transit visa requirement from the respective consulate / embassy.
- All airline check-in counters will open 4 hours prior departure.
Check in
- We strongly recommend on-line check-in through the website of the respective airline to avoid long queues.
- Please check transit time before issuing your ticket(s) with the concerned airline or with SATA as most airports require a transit visa for staying from 8 to 24hrs and beyond.
- Please check all your travel documents such as Valid passport, Visa, Transit Visa ,Immigration Clearance etc.
- We strongly recommend you to check the transit visa requirement at least a week before your travel with the respective consulate/embassy. SATA will not be liable for any transit visa regulation changes after the ticket issuance.
Amendments
- Airlines may have amendment / rebooking fee for rerouting or reissuance, which varies from airline to airline .You may be required to pay a difference in fare, if any, in addition to the amendment fee for the new date change.
- Some fares are NON-ENDORSABLE / NON-REROUTABLE depending on the airline policy.
- Some fares DO NOT allow amendments in case of NO-SHOW.
Cancellation and Refunds
- In addition to the airline charges, SATA will have a service fee on cancellation/refund of documents.
- There will be NO-REFUND if the document is NON- REFUNDABLE, as per the airline.
- Refund amount will be credited only to the account of the Credit Card holder who has paid for the ticket or other travel related services.
- It is mandatory to contact SATA for all refunds if booked through www.satatravels.com.
- Some fares are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-CHANGEABLE in case of NO-SHOW.
- Processing time for refunds may vary from airline to airline.
- Please read carefully the Fare Rules before booking your flights.
- SATA reserves the right to cancel any bookings done by the fraudulent usage of credit cards.
Flight Departure Time
- Please recheck the flight departure time with SATA or the respective airline 24 working hours prior to your departure
- Multiple bookings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
- The EPP scheme offered by the banks / finance companies cannot be availed for ticket(s) / hotels booked through our Website.
Hotel Information
- The rates are subject to changes due to currency fluctuations, the increase of VAT or of any other taxes. Any such increase/decrease will automatically affect the published rates.
- Standard hotel check in 1400 hrs and Check out 1200 hrs, however varies depending on destination/hotels.
- Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability.
- Hotel Vouchers are non-transferable and name change is not permitted.
- Some rooms may appear to be non-refundable and they carry special restrictions and conditions. Please read the terms before making your reservation.
- SATA reserves the right to cancel any bookings done by the fraudulent usage of credit cards.
- Please check the room details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.
- Any type of mandatory fee like a resort fee/city or bed tax etc. has to be paid for directly at the hotel. The same is not part of the package cost and cannot be prepaid.
Cancellation and Refunds
- By making a reservation with www.satatravels.com you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation policy.
- Certain rates or special offers are not eligible for cancellation or change.
- There will be no refund if the document is NON-REFUNDABLE, as per the Hotel.
- It is mandatory to contact SATA for all refund requests if booked through www.satatravels.com.
- Refund amount will be credited only to the account of the Credit Card holder who has paid for the ticket or other travel related services.
Notes

Visa Approval Terms
- This facility is available for tourists visiting the UAE and fulfilling the eligibility conditions as announced from time to time by the UAE Immigration authorities.
- Visitors must hold valid Passport (more than 6 months) and comply with the requirements of Immigration authorities of UAE.
- The decision to grant or refuse a visa is the prerogative of Immigration authorities. Sharjah Airport Travel Agency (SATA) cannot be held responsible for the rejection of any visa application.
- Once a Visa application is submitted, charges for the same will not be refunded whether it is approved, rejected or delayed and the applicant/visitor cannot make any claims to refund the same for whatever the reason.
- SATA refundable Security deposit of AED 500 to AED 5000 per person will be charged depending upon their respective nationality or type of visa.
- Issuance or Approval of visa application does not in any way guarantee visitors the right to enter UAE. Entry is at the sole discretion of the Immigration officer at the airport. In case of denial of entry into UAE by the authorities, SATA will in no way be liable to the visitor.
- SATA will not be liable for any losses or damages to the visitor which may arise from delay by immigration authorities in processing visa application.
- The visa is valid as per the government of UAE rules and regulations as amended from time to time. The visa must be availed within its period of validity (60 days from the date of issue),
- In case of a failure to avail visa within its period of validity, the existing visa will be expired/cancelled and new visa has to be applied.
- If the applicant is below 18 years or above 75 years of age, a guarantor (direct family), with a valid residence visa, and/or additional documents will be required depending on the nationality. Please contact our office for further details.
- Some airline service providers may entail passengers for an 'Ok to Board' approval, which, at most, should be done 24 hours prior to the stipulated flight departure time. SATA will not be held liable in case of failure to do so.
- SATA will not be held liable for any losses or damages or delays prior to departure brought about by airline technical difficulties, strikes, weather conditions, immigration authorities or any other circumstances out of our control. Any expenses relating to these unscheduled extensions will be borne by the customer.
Documents Required
- Clear scanned passport of the visitor with minimum of six months validity.
- Clear scanned passport size photograph of visitor.
- Clear scanned passport copy of guarantor.
- Clear scanned copy of guarantor's UAE residence visa with minimum of three months validity.
- Additional documents may be required by the UAE immigration authorities which will be communicated to you through the email address provided by you.
Refund Terms
- Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.
- Once a Visa application is submitted, charges for the same will not be refunded whether it is approved, rejected or delayed and the applicant/visitor cannot make any claims to refund the same for whatever the reason.
- The refund of Guarantee deposit shall be made only after receiving proof of visitor's departure from the country within the legally permitted stay.
- Guarantee Deposit shall not be refunded if the visitor overstays his/her valid period of stay.
- The original payment receipt/Bank Deposit/Credit Card payment slip must be submitted to claim the refund of Guarantee deposit.
- AED 100/- will be charged as processing fee for refunding Guarantee Deposit.
- Guarantee deposit shall be refunded only to the authorized person after submission and verification of identity.
Cancellation Terms
- After the issuance of visa from SATA, should there be any cancellation request by guarantor, he/she should write an application requesting cancellation of issued visa and will be charged AED 200/- as a cancellation fee.
- Visa application charges will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
Undertaking
- I, Applicant/Guarantor, hereby undertake full responsibility for the visitor arriving in the UAE on tourist/visit visa sponsored by SATA, that he/she will leave the country within the legal permitted stay of the visa from the date of his/her arrival. In the event of defaulting/overstaying this condition I shall forfeit the guarantee deposit and bear all legal consequences and fines that may be imposed by the government authorities.
- I, Applicant/Guarantor shall be solely responsible for his/her travel, accommodation, food and any other related expenses.
- I, Applicant/Guarantor shall be held responsible for all his/her actions and activities during his/her stay in the UAE. Sharjah Airport Travel Agency (SATA) has the right to take any legal action against me if his/her activities are deemed prejudicial to its interest or public interest.
- I Applicant/Guarantor expressly declare that I have read and understood the Terms and Conditions.
- I, Applicant/Guarantor shall be responsible for bearing the cost of the deportation ticket if the visitor is detained by the police and subsequently deported.
Payment Terms
We accept payments online in AED using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards. By making an online payment you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder of the credit/debit card used for the transaction and your identification ("Cardholder ID") exactly matches with the card holder details of the credit/debit card used to make your purchase. All transactions are subject to authorization and verification by the issuing bank. We reserve the right to request proof of identity and card ownership for fraud prevention and security purposes at any time within six months from the date of purchase. Failure to provide the requested documents, or any misuse of payment methods, may result in cancellation of reservations or services without prior notice. Any applicable refunds shall be processed in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to recover any losses, charges, or expenses incurred due to unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
