  • By accessing or using this Website in any manner, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use and all terms and conditions contained and/or referenced herein or any additional terms and conditions set forth on this Website and all such terms shall be deemed accepted by you. Please read the Agreement carefully. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, please do not use this Website.
  • SATA reserves the right to make changes or updates with respect to or in the Content of the Website or the format thereof at any time without notice.
  • SATA reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Website for any reason whatsoever at its sole discretion.

  • We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of this Agreement.
  • We may change these terms and conditions at any time without advance notice. Changed terms will become effective once posted on the Web Site, and will not have any retrospective effect on existing contractual arrangements made through this Web Site. While you may make limited copies of your travel itinerary (and related documents) for travel or services booked through this Website, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through this Website.   • Not to violate applicable intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights, including, without limitation, by uploading, downloading or transmitting materials or software.
  • Not to omit or misrepresent the origin of, or rights in, any file you download or upload, including, without limitation, by omitting proprietary language, author identifications, or notices of patent, copyright or trademark.

  • You understand that any violations of this clause may result in the cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel product or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

Payment Policy

  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. You warrant that you are the cardholder for all online payments made using credit/debit cards, and that your identification (“Cardholder ID”) exactly matches that of the credit/debit card used to make your purchase. You further agree to promptly provide proof of such matching Cardholder ID upon request at any time within six months of your purchase.
  • You understand that any violation of this policy may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel products or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

Change and Cancellation Policy

  • All requests for change or cancellation of any goods and services purchased on this website must be delivered by email to www.satatravels.com and must be received on our working days at least 24 hours before these goods and services are scheduled to be provided.
  • You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase, which will determine the change and cancellation policy applicable to your purchase, including, but not limited to penalties which may apply.
  • If a change/cancellation/refund policy relevant to your request is not provided in the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase, your purchase can not be changed/cancelled/refunded in the event of a cancellation.
  • Requests for permitted changes and cancellations will be processed within 2 working days after all payments required to process the request are settled. In the event of a cancellation, any refunds after the deduction of payments required to process the cancellation will be credited to the same payment card or account which was used to make the original purchase. Some payment cards and accounts may take up to an additional 30 days thereafter to display the credited amount.

Delivery Policy

  • All goods and services purchased on this website and their transaction receipts will be delivered in the form of a printable electronic ticket ("ticket") after the successful completion of your purchase. Your ticket will be made to the e-mail address you provide at the time of purchase.
  • If you choose not to download your ticket from the page on this website which confirms the successful completion of your purchase, you must check that you have received the ticket for your purchase by e-mail and notify us without delay if you have not received it within one hour after your successful completion of the purchase.
  • We shall not be liable if you do not receive your ticket because the e-mail address you provided at the time of purchase was unable to receive the e-mail containing your ticket after your successful completion of the purchase or for up to twenty four hours thereafter for any reason whatsoever.
  • We do not provide goods and services to countries, entities and individuals barred by the Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") of the US Department of the Treasury in compliance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Privacy Policy

  • We understand that making purchases online involves a great deal of trust on your part. We take this trust very seriously and make it our highest priority to ensure the security and confidentiality of the personal information you provide us. General Information

  • All fares are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and name change is not permitted.
  • Fares are subject to availability of seats and flight dates.
  • Fares do not include baggage fees or other fees charged directly by the airline.
  • Fares are guaranteed once the purchase is completed.
  • Please check for Visa / Transit visa requirement from the respective consulate / embassy.
  • All airline check-in counters will open 4 hours prior departure.

Check in

  • We strongly recommend on-line check-in through the website of the respective airline to avoid long queues.
  • Please check transit time before issuing your ticket(s) with the concerned airline or with SATA as most airports require a transit visa for staying from 8 to 24hrs and beyond.
  • Please check all your travel documents such as Valid passport, Visa, Transit Visa ,Immigration Clearance etc.
  • We strongly recommend you to check the transit visa requirement at least a week before your travel with the respective consulate/embassy. SATA will not be liable for any transit visa regulation changes after the ticket issuance.

Amendments

  • Airlines may have amendment / rebooking fee for rerouting or reissuance, which varies from airline to airline .You may be required to pay a difference in fare, if any, in addition to the amendment fee for the new date change.
  • Some fares are NON-ENDORSABLE / NON-REROUTABLE depending on the airline policy.
  • Some fares DO NOT allow amendments in case of NO-SHOW.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • In addition to the airline charges, SATA will have a service fee on cancellation/refund of documents.
  • There will be NO-REFUND if the document is NON- REFUNDABLE, as per the airline.
  • Refund amount will be credited only to the account of the Credit Card holder who has paid for the ticket or other travel related services.
  • It is mandatory to contact SATA for all refunds if booked through www.satatravels.com.
  • Some fares are NON-REFUNDABLE / NON-CHANGEABLE in case of NO-SHOW.
  • Processing time for refunds may vary from airline to airline.
  • Please read carefully the Fare Rules before booking your flights.
  • SATA reserves the right to cancel any bookings done by the fraudulent usage of credit cards.

Flight Departure Time

  • Please recheck the flight departure time with SATA or the respective airline 24 working hours prior to your departure
  • Multiple bookings may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
  • The EPP scheme offered by the banks / finance companies cannot be availed for ticket(s) / hotels booked through our Website.
